After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered wrong from our side then we’ll get it picked from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days and you will not be charged for shipping. Once the article is received at our Warehouse and after checking the quality, we’ll issue an online credit that can be used for online shopping on Clara Vitals.

Online store credit is digital money at your Clara Vitals account. It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
3. ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS I CAN EXCHANGE?
Clara Vitals makes sure that all their customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.

The perfumes cannot be exchanged if the seal/packaging of the perfume box is opened or damaged in any way.
